Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Installed prices apply to standard installations in Melbourne metro: accessible meter area, standard 20 or 25 mm mains connection, within 2 metres of the meter. If your site needs additional work we will tell you before installation and you may cancel for a full refund.
Installation bookings
After you order an installed system we contact you within one business day to book a time. Installations are carried out by licensed plumbers and you receive a plumbing compliance certificate.
You may reschedule free of charge with 24 hours notice.
Care Plan subscriptions
Care Plans renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the link in any receipt email or by contacting us. Monthly plans end at the end of the current billing month; annual plans run to the end of the paid year. Cartridge sets already shipped are not refundable.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
