What we collect
Name, phone, email, suburb and installation address when you request a quote or place an order; payment status from Stripe (we never see your full card number); and basic website analytics.
Why we collect it
To quote, install and service your system, to deliver Care Plan cartridges and reminders, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payments, our database host for order records, our licensed installing plumbers for your booking, and delivery carriers for shipments. Each is bound to use the information only for that purpose.
