Change of mind
Supply-only systems and cartridge sets can be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days for a refund less return shipping. Installed systems can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the installation date.
Workmanship guarantee
If something is not right with the installation, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Product warranty
Filter housings carry a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Cabinets, valves and gauges carry a 2 year warranty. Cartridges are consumables and are not covered once used. Care Plan members receive an extended warranty while the plan is active.
