How the Care Plan works.

Cartridges lose effectiveness quietly. Nobody notices the chlorine creeping back until it is obvious. The plan exists so that never happens.

Why change all three once a year.

The sediment stage protects the two carbon stages. Change them together and the system performs the way it did on installation day. Skip a year and the carbon saturates, chlorine comes back, and sediment starts reaching fixtures again.

When does the Care Plan start?

Your first twelve months of cartridges are included with installation. Most people start the Care Plan around month ten so the first paid set arrives exactly when it is due. You can also start it straight away and we simply schedule the first delivery for the right date.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from the link in any receipt email or by calling us. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year.

What if I bought the system supply only?

The Care Plan still works. Cartridges are delivered on schedule; fitting by our plumbers is available in Melbourne metro, and we send a step-by-step guide everywhere else.

Is the fitting really included?

In Melbourne metro, yes. Our plumber changes all three cartridges, checks the housings and O-rings and resets the gauge. Outside metro, we deliver the set with instructions.

What does the extended warranty cover?

While your plan is active, we extend the workmanship guarantee and cover housing and cabinet faults beyond the standard period. It lapses if the plan is cancelled.

Already have a system from someone else?

Most 20 inch triple systems take the same cartridges. Send a photo and we will tell you if the Care Plan fits.
